The large rock formation of the Prachovské Skály comprises a lot of tall and relatively narrow towers. The locality offers wonderful conventional rises in the walls, chinks and rock chimneys. The trails cover the whole difficulty range, the locality is relatively well-accessible, and there is good service background.

The sandstone in the Prachovské Skály is relatively compact so you can use even miniature toeholds and catches. The rock is solid, relatively well catchable, and the lock outs are fixed in reasonable distances. There are too many tourists within a relatively small area, though - so those who love quiet places usually decide to go somewhere else.
